Building infrastructure-grade software companies for real-economy operators.

Building infrastructure-grade software companies for real-economy operators. Vertesc is a Silicon Valley–born technology holding company that incubates and scales products such as Consteon, a Field Operations System for workforce, assets, and logistics, and Authenium, our application platform (PaaS). We focus on software that sits behind real-world operations and directly improves revenue, compliance, and resilience.

Infrastructure for real-world operations

We build and scale software businesses that power field work, logistics, payments, and contracts. Our companies turn fragmented, offline workflows into auditable, automatable systems that operators rely on to win contracts, reduce leakage, and move cash faster.

Built in Silicon Valley. Proven in Indonesia. Scaling globally.

Vertesc was founded out of Silicon Valley, with teams that have operated across the US, Australia, India, and Southeast Asia. We chose Indonesia as our first deployment market — a dense, field-work-heavy economy ideal for stress-testing offline-first infrastructure at national scale. With product–market fit established there, we’re now expanding into priority markets like the United States and India through focused, partnership-driven go-to-market plays.

Incubation, ownership, and shared platform

Vertesc funds early R&D, provides shared architecture through Authenium, and acts as the internal capital partner for new businesses. Each operating company runs with its own P&L, governance, and venture-scale targets, while contracting with Authenium under long-term commercial agreements that keep gross margins and unit economics clear and modelable.

We are commercially driven and impact-aligned: building durable, valuable software companies that make real-world operators stronger, more transparent, and more resilient.
